Dustin Haugle is the Manager of ECDC Coffee Shop at the Lismore Hotel in downtown Eau Claire. With 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Dustin has built his career around creating memorable guest experiences, developing strong professional relationships, leading teams, and serving his community. His hospitality background has given him a deep understanding of the importance of leadership, collaboration, customer experience, and creating environments where people feel welcome and valued.

Theatre has been a significant part of Dustin’s life, both as a performer and as a leader within the theatrical community. Over the years, he has dedicated thousands of hours to rehearsals, performances, production preparation, and collaboration with fellow artists and volunteers. Dustin’s theatrical credits include a wide range of memorable leading and supporting roles, including Buddy in Elf, SpongeBob in The SpongeBob Musical, Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar, Bert in Mary Poppins, the Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz, Nigel Bottom in Something Rotten!, Bobby Strong in Urinetown, and Phil in White Christmas, among others.

Dustin serves because he believes community theatre is about far more than putting on a show. Theatre creates connection, gives people a place to belong, encourages creativity, develops confidence and leadership, and brings people of all ages and backgrounds together around a common purpose. He honed his performance skills while attending the University of Wisconsin -Eau Claire, performing on stage as an actor and singing with the UW-Eau Claire Concert Choir.

For Dustin, serving on the board is an opportunity to combine his professional experience in hospitality and leadership with his passion for theatre and community. He hopes to help create an organization that not only produces exceptional theatre but also becomes a lasting and welcoming part of the Eau Claire community. He is especially excited about helping build a strong and sustainable future for local theatre, one that supports artists and volunteers, expands opportunities for participation, strengthens relationships within the community, and makes quality theatrical experiences accessible to more people.
